You can sit in lotus pose all day, meditate ’til the cows come home, chant “peace, love, zen” like a yoga-retreat acolyte… but if you don’t do the real work, it won’t work.
If you don’t execute, your dreams stay fantasies. Period.
Zen is zero value if it sits on the shelf while your goals collect dust.
You’ve got to balance the stillness with the hustle, calm in the mind, relentless action in the world.
Do the inner work. Then do the outer work. Then repeat.
Because when you combine inner peace with real, bold execution you get something rare: peak performance + unshakeable presence.
Studies show that mindfulness and meditation boost job performance, focus, and work-engagement.
For instance, one paper found mindfulness meditation positively correlated with life satisfaction and job performance in 450 employees.
Another found that higher mindfulness led to higher work performance through increased workplace spirituality.
But listen, mindfulness alone isn’t the baton.
The baton is passed to you when you move, build, scale, and execute.
The “zen” moment buys you clarity, calm, and better focus. The work moment buys you results.
Focus on getting shit done while being at peace
1. Morning reset: 10 minutes of stillness. Breathe. Get present.
Set one non-negotiable action for the day.
2. Zero excuses: That action is locked in and must be completed by EOD.
3. Execute relentlessly: Break the “work” task into smaller moves. One step leads to the next.
4. Mid-day check: Pause for 2 minutes. Re-anchor.
Ask: “Am I executing or drifting?”
5. Evening reflection: Review what you did. Celebrate the win. Note the gap.
6. Rest with intention: Meditate, journal gratitude, decompress.
You’re earning your rest because you worked for it.
7. Repeat tomorrow - same process, higher standard.
Why does this combo blow the ordinary out of the water
Peace reduces stress and distraction. When you’re calm, you make smarter moves.
Action turns vision into reality. Stillness shows you the path; execution walks it.
Together: you’re not a frantic hustler or a laid-back dreamer, you’re a disciplined creator who chooses...
When you squeeze an orange, what comes out? Orange juice, nothing else.
Why? Because that’s what’s inside.
Now flip that mirror. When life squeezes you, pressure, people, problems - what comes out? Anger? Fear? Jealousy? Or peace, patience, and presence?
@drwaynedyer nailed this truth: you don’t reveal your character when things are easy; you reveal it when life puts pressure on your soul.
But here’s the kicker: if you don’t unpack your invisible backpack like I teach, all that old junk - resentment, guilt, trauma leaks out every time you’re tested.
You can’t fake calm when chaos hits. You’ll always spill what’s inside.
The Strategy (Wayne Dyer x Jeffrey Morgan): 1. Notice the squeeze. Don’t react — reflect.
2. Ask: “What just came out of me?”
3. Trace it back. Where did that emotion really come from?
4. Unpack it. Journal. Move. Talk. Heal.
5. Refill yourself with what you want to pour out next time — discipline, compassion, self-control.
Because when the world squeezes you… it’s not testing you.
Let’s get one thing straight, not everyone clapping for you wants you to win.
Some people only show up once the lights come on and the money starts moving.
A friend builds with you in the dark. They clap when no one’s watching. They’ll share your post, pay full price, and talk about your business like it’s theirs because real connection isn’t transactional, it’s tribal.
A foe? They vanish when it’s inconvenient.
They’ll scroll past your success, watch your story but never share your story.
They’ll buy only on discount, and never mention your name in a room that could feed your mission.
But when your business hits seven figures, they’ll show up at your door with a résumé and a smile, not to build, but to collect.
Here’s the truth: You owe loyalty only where loyalty lives. Shut that door. Lock it. Walk away.
Stop watering dead plants and start investing in people who invest in themselves — because when everyone in the room is growing, we all win.
TRAITS TO WATCH: They’re motivated by money, not mission.
They talk more about what you owe them than what they offer you.
They’re silent supporters, watchers, not amplifiers.
They show up for the reward, not the responsibility.
Your circle defines your ceiling. Protect it like your life depends on it, because it does!...
I grew up thinking being tough meant breaking the law.
That crime was culture. That violence was validation.
But I was wrong.
The real crime wasn’t what I did out there, it was being disconnected from who I truly was. It was not knowing my identity. It was living without culture, without belonging, without purpose.
As a young Aboriginal kid, I didn’t have anyone showing me another way, no one walking the talk. So, I became what I saw.
Now, after two decades behind bars and a lifetime of hard lessons, I’ve learned the truth: Real strength is cultural strength. Real power is knowing who you are. Real freedom comes from connection — not destruction.
To the next generation coming through — you don’t have to repeat my story.
To the community leaders out there — the kids are watching.
They don’t need more speeches; they need examples.
Step up. Show them that culture is leadership. That identity is power. That connection is everything.
If I can do it, so can they.
Let’s build a future where our young ones no longer confuse pain for pride....
Most funnels fail before they even start. Not because people are lazy — but because they’re building from guesswork, not strategy.
Here’s how the real ones print profit on repeat
1. Your posts are your first ads, if they don’t build trust, you’ll bleed money later.
2. Your lead magnet isn’t about freebies, it’s about proof. Show them you solve real problems.
3. Capture emails + intent, not just followers. Followers scroll. Emails convert.
Set up your auto DMs + email flow so every touchpoint moves them deeper into your world.
That’s where most people stop. But that’s where my system starts.
I’ve built a 7-step lead magnet formula that’s pulled thousands of leads, no paid ads, no fluff, all fire.
If you want access to the same 7-step funnel formula I use in the Business Accelerator, the one that turns content into cash, comment “email” below, and I’ll send it to you.
No gimmicks. No hype. Just strategy that sells while you sleep.
Every Monday, I’m dropping raw, layered conversations that cut through the noise around business, mindset, and life - 10 levels deep.
No fluff. No sugar coating.
Just data, peer-reviewed truth, and frameworks built with the world’s best experts, strategists, mentors, coaches, consultants, and businesses starting with my own transformation tips, skills, strategies but also include what I`ve learnt from amazing humans like Tony Robbins to Myron Golden, from neuroscience to street smarts.
This is where we strip away the filters and rebuild the foundation.
Now I want your voice.
Drop a comment below and tell me what you want unpacked: business? financial literacy? relationships? emotional intelligence? stress and time management? burnout? leadership?
Let’s build this together.
Because this isn’t about me, it`s a podcast for you, it’s a wake-up call, just like I gave myself....
Most businesses don’t fail because of lack of potential. They fail because of ignorance. Not stupidity. Ignorance.
They ignore what’s right in front of them.
Missed opportunities. No follow-ups. No systems. No clarity on their numbers. There is no plan to turn chaos into cash flow.
They’re busy being busy instead of building something that breathes on its own.
I’ve seen this pattern across every industry, from boardrooms to backstreets.
The only thing that separates the survivors from the statistics? Mindset.
See, I spent 20 years in custody. Homeless at 12. Lost both parents to cancer. My brother and sister to suicide.
But I didn’t stay down there.
I turned my pain into power, and that mindset became an IP now valued at over $10 million inside my GPT.
The difference between failure and freedom isn’t luck.
It’s awareness. When you shift your lens, you shift your life, and your business follows.
Jeffrey Morgan micro-strategy: Audit your attention.
Write down every activity you did in the last 7 days that didn’t create leads, leverage, or legacy.
Then cut them. Ruthlessly. Because energy wasted is opportunity buried.
If you’re done leaving millions on the table, join the program. Don`t join if you don`t want to be held accountable because this is where discipline lives!
No BS, no fluff, just action!
Step into a room where ignorance dies and execution begins.
Your potential’s limitless, but only if you stop acting like you’ve got time....
@jefffenech_wbc 4 times world champion in 4 different weight divisions, what a title to have!
Imagine the work that went into those belts. Every time I`m around high performers, I`m all ears, listening more than I speak.
I actually learnt "You have two ears and one mouth, listening twice as much as you speak" from Jeff.
I`m taking away their lesson`s of life and turning them into blessings within my life and those I`m around.
I`m blessed and grateful to share space with champions all the time, learn from everyone you are around, and you`ll earn a life you never thought possible.
What`s one lesson you`ve learnt from someone who has made your life a better one?
Not that surface-level “yeah I’ve moved on” talk — I’m talking soul surgery.
Most people don’t reflect. They replay.
They run the same toxic movie on loop: pain, blame, shame, and wonder why the ending never changes.
But here’s the truth: Every wound holds a wisdom code.
Every mistake carries a message. Every scar is a signal, not to stay stuck, but to step up.
DEPTHCEPTION is how you decode your past to design your future.
It’s seeing deeper, beyond the chaos, beyond the story, and asking:
> “What did this teach me that I can use to build what’s next?”
In my business accelerator, we go deep into DEPTHCEPTION: where you learn my Negative/Positive fear loop strategy to rewire how you think, feel, act, and believe.
It’s how I broke 20 years of conditioning behind bars… and built an empire instead.
This isn’t reflection. It’s reconstruction.
Step into the depth. Rewire your fear. Rewrite your future....
Cut the dead weight. Know the difference between roots, branches, and leaves, then prune like you mean it.
Roots = family & true friends.
They’re under the ground doing the heavy lifting every day.
They feed you when the storm hits. You don’t chop roots unless you want the whole tree to fall.
Branches = friends who hang around when it’s easy. They look solid. But when wind and fire come, they snap.
You keep some branches, the strong ones - and remove the brittle ones before they rot the rest.
Leaves = associates. They’re seasonal. They show up for sunshine, deals, status, or convenience.
Let them fall. They’ll come back when it suits them. That’s fine — just don’t confuse them with roots.
This is not drama. This is maintenance. You protect your ground, you stop wasting energy on leeches, and you make room for real growth.
Prune Plan — do this today:
1. Inventory (5 min) — List the people you talk to weekly. Mark them: root / branch / leaf. Be ruthless but honest.
2. Score (2 min per person) — Ask: Do they add value when I’m down? Do they challenge me to be better? +1 for yes, 0 for no.
3. Rule (1 min) — Roots: defend. Branches: test under pressure. Leaves: transactional only. Write these rules next to each name.
4. Boundary (10 min) — Set one simple boundary for each branch or leaf (e.g., “I won’t answer midnight drama,” “No money lending”). Speak it once. Mean it.
5. Distance (1 week) — Reduce contact with brittle branches and seasonal leaves. Watch who calls back. Actions > words.
6. Replace (ongoing) — Invest saved time/energy into roots and into meeting new people who match your standards. Plant stronger branches.
7. Final Cut (when necessary) — If someone consistently disrespects boundaries or disappears when it matters, cut. Block, mute, or remove. No apology needed. You’re running a life, not a charity.
Remember: pruning hurts for a day, but letting rot spread kills the whole tree. Be a gardener of your life, not a museum for other people’s excuses....
Most people surround themselves with cheerleaders.
But real growth? That comes from warriors who call you out, not to shame you, but to sharpen you.
If your friends can’t look you in the eye and say, “You’re slipping,” then they’re not helping you rise.
Accountability isn’t about judgment. It’s about ownership.
Owning who you are. What you want. And just as importantly, what you don’t.
Next time someone checks you, don’t defend, reflect.
Ask yourself: 1. What truth are they showing me that I’ve been avoiding?
2. What standard have I dropped that I need to raise today?
Growth doesn’t come from comfort. It comes from confrontation just as I did with the shit I feed myself doing 20 years in jail, telling myself I was alright yet, I would think about not being on dying in there.
Comment "UPGRADE" below if you want a roadmap to start a new you!...
Australia is in a spotlight that few want to admit is glaring: the economic engine we trusted is sputtering, and smart business owners and high-achievers are quietly recalculating the coordinates of their life.
Here’s what’s really happening: 1. Slow growth, rising costs. The Reserve Bank of Australia’s snapshot shows our economy remains sluggish. Businesses feel it, squeezed margins ballooning expenses.
2. The tax drag. In Dubai you’ve got near-zero personal income tax and corporate regimes built for growth.
In Australia we’ve got progressive income tax up to ~45% and a corporate tax-and-compliance burden that hits hard.
3. Business climate vs. global mobility. Look: when you can set up in a business-friendly jurisdiction with minimal drag, where your personal lifestyle budget stretches further, where compliance is leaner, you’ve got a serious pull.
4. Lifestyle arbitrage. Enter places like Bali or other lower-cost hubs.
If you’re exporting your skills/knowledge or running a remote business, you’re working from “Australia pay” but living on “Bali budget."” That’s a strategic manoeuvre.
5. Why are Aussies moving.
High cost of living & housing pressure, fewer places for margin.
In Australia we’re seeing record levels of business insolvency. (Yes, there are stats to prove it.)
Entrepreneurs realise “why stay where the system takes more, gives less flexibility, and limits you?”
If you can get the same (or better) life, fewer constraints, and more freedom, the choice becomes obvious.
Last week, I sat in a room at The Entourage, Sydney, surrounded by giants.
The Elite Performance Series brought together thought leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs who’ve built empires, shattered limits, and shared wisdom that can shift worlds.
And there I was as a kid who once slept on streets in the same city, who spent 20 years behind bars, now sitting shoulder to shoulder with the kind of people I used to only see on screens.
Sometimes, I still have to pinch myself.
It’s a reminder of one thing: belief rewires destiny.
If you believe in yourself long enough… If you refuse to quit when life buries you… If you surround yourself with people who pull you higher, you’ll rise into rooms you once thought were out of reach.
Each new level creates new devils.
But they’re not there to destroy you, they’re there to develop you.
If I can break those chains, so can you!
From homeless to high-performance rooms, this is what happens when you back yourself.
Comment "UPGRADE" if you want to upgrade your default systems...
Have you ever noticed how life keeps happening to you: same drama, same people, same pain, just different faces?
That’s not bad luck. That’s your Reticular Activating System (RAS) running on old code.
Your RAS is like a nightclub bouncer for your brain, it only lets in what you’ve trained it to notice and if you’ve spent years looking for danger, betrayal, or rejection… guess what it’ll keep showing you?
You’ll meet one person who did you wrong, and your RAS will whisper, “They’re all like that.”
That’s not truth, that’s trauma on replay.
Here’s how to flip the switch and rewrite your default settings:
THE R.A.S RESET STRATEGY™ – Jeffrey Morgan Style
1. Recognise the pattern. When you feel triggered, say it out loud: “That’s my past, not my present.”
2. Reframe the meaning. Ask: “What else could this mean that serves my future, not my fear?”
3.Rewire through repetition. Every time your RAS serves an old thought, consciously redirect it toward what you want to see.
4. Reinforce with gratitude. Your brain can’t filter fear and gratitude at the same time, choose gratitude, and you’ll start spotting opportunity instead of opposition.
5. Replace your mental soundtrack. Your words train your focus. Speak what you want to find, not what you fear to repeat.
You don’t need a new life, you need a new lens. Your past programmed the filter. Your awareness rewrites it.
And once you master that? You stop surviving your story and start designing your destiny.
Your RAS doesn’t serve truth, it serves focus.
Change what you focus on, and you’ll change what finds you....
